FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers on timelines, hosting, ownership, and how we work together.

How long does it take to build a website?

For a normal brochure or small business website, we usually deliver in less than one week once your content and approvals are ready. Larger or highly custom projects take longer—we always agree timelines up front.

Does the quoted cost include hosting?

Yes. Standard quoted packages include six months (half a year) of hosting, so you are not paying separate hosting fees during that period.

Who owns the source code and deliverables?

You do. When contractual payment milestones are met, deliverables in scope—including code and agreed assets—belong to the client.

What happens after the included hosting period ends?

You can renew with us, move to a host you prefer, or talk about a maintenance plan. Handover notes are provided so you are never locked in.

How do scope changes and extra work work?

Changes inside the agreed scope are handled as planned. Anything beyond scope receives a clear estimate before we proceed, so costs stay predictable.

How do we get started?

Send a short brief. We reply with clarifying questions, a suggested approach, timeline, and pricing so you can decide with confidence.
